Check-in is 4 p.m. Check-out is 10 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible with prior notice.

Rates are per room, per night for 2 people. Rates are quoted in USD and include all applicable taxes and fees. Full payment is due at time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit & debit cards, and PayPal.

To cancel a reservation, please call us at (603) 387-3940. Cancellations made up to 3 days prior to arrival will be fully refunded. Cancellations up to 24 hours prior to arrival are subject to a 50% charge for the price of the reservation. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to arrival will not be refunded.


Oliver Lodge Info & Policies

Oliver Lodge can accommodate up to 64 guests family style or 44 people, double occupancy in private rooms. All units have two to five bedrooms, living room, dining room and a kitchen with dishwasher and microwave.

All houses are fully equipped with towels & linens. Laundry facilities are available for emergencies. Please provide your own beach towels, except for those flying in.

We are open all year

  • Rent a room or lodge by the day, week-end or week.
  • Summer rentals are usually one week from Memorial Day to Labor Day
  • Weekdays do not require minimum stay.
  • Regular weekends we offer a relaxed check-out on Sunday
  • Holiday Weekends we offer a relaxed check-out on Monday
  • Single person rates are available 
  • Houses are usually rented by the week in summer from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
  • Rooms are usually available  after Memorial Day to Labor Day.
