- Oliver Lodge can accommodate up to 64 guests family style or 44 people, double occupancy in private rooms. All units have two to five bedrooms, living room, dining room and a kitchen with dishwasher and microwave.

| During our summer season, extra family rate is $300.00 per week extra charge per family unit, when:
North Wing more than two family units, totaling no more than 14 people family style.

Ice House more than two family units, totaling no more than 10 people family style.
Summer rentals require one week minimum stay. A family unit consists of two adults and their children. During the off season, the extra family rate is $150.00 per week extra charge per family unit when:

- Single rooms available starting at $78 per night charge applies.
- Regular weekends require a two night minimum stay.
- Holiday Weekends require a three night minimum stay.
All houses are fully equipped with towels & linens. A linen fee of 3% will be applied on your invoice. Please provide your own beach towels, except for those flying in. |
