GENERAL INFO AND CANCELLATIONS

Check-in is 4 p.m. Check-out is 10 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible with prior authorization.
Minimum Nights Required
During the off season (Labor Day – Mid June) we require a two [2] night minimum stay. A seven [7] night minimum is required for mid-June and all of July and August (from Saturday to Saturday). We are closed for the month of March and part of April. The A-Frame is closed from October through May.
Cancellations:
To cancel a reservation, please call us at (603) 290-4836. Cancellations made up to 60 days prior to arrival will be fully refunded. Cancellations between 60 days and check in are subject to a 10% charge for the price of the reservation. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to arrival will not be refunded.
Oliver Lodge Info & Policies
All houses are fully equipped with towels & linens. Laundry facilities are available for emergencies. Please provide your own beach towels, except for those guests who are flying in.
We are open 10+ months of the year, closed for March and part of April.
- Rent a Suite or Lodge by the day (2 night minimum), week-end or week.
- Summer rentals are one week (7 nights minimum – Saturday to Saturday only) from Mid June to Labor Day.
