The Court House is located approximately 150 feet from the lake next to the clay tennis court and perennial gardens. It features two levels of living space. The ground floor contains two bedrooms, One with a queen and the other with twin beds, a full bath, a fully equipped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher and a living room with a wood stove and also a full dining room. The living area also has a queen size futon sofa and opens onto a deck with a gas grill. The upper level contains two rooms with queen size beds, one room with bunk beds and a seperate twin bed. It also has a full bath and a lounge area with a pull out couch providing a queen size bed. The large outside upper level deck with table and chairs provides a relaxing view of the entire estate.
